Terms of Use (TOU)
Purpose
These TOU govern access to and use of the website reignofatlantis.com, the online game “Reign of Atlantis”, and the virtual currency “Ruby”.
Access
Access is limited to persons of legal age or those with parental consent. Registration requires a valid e‑mail address and the creation of a password‑protected account.
User Obligations
- Provide accurate registration information.
- Keep login credentials confidential; any unauthorized use of the account is the user’s responsibility.
- Not copy, distribute, modify or exploit any game content, graphics, code or virtual currency without written permission.
- Comply with all applicable laws (intellectual property, data protection, anti‑fraud).
Prohibited Conduct
The user may not:
- Use the service for illegal or fraudulent activities;
- Post defamatory, harassing, hateful or pornographic material;
- Disrupt server operation (DDoS attacks, hacking, exploiting bugs).
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the game, Rubies and associated elements belong to Théo Wawrynow. Unauthorized reproduction is a punishable infringement.
Liability
Reign of Atlantis is liable only for proven technical failures affecting Ruby delivery (see the GTS). It disclaims liability for data loss, hacked accounts or indirect damages arising from service use.
Term and Termination
The account remains active as long as the user complies with the TOU. The administrator may suspend or terminate the account without notice for serious breaches. Users may delete their account at any time via the dashboard.
Personal Data
Data processing follows the privacy policy posted on the site and the GDPR. Login data are retained for the duration of account usage.
Changes to the TOU
Reign of Atlantis may amend these TOU at any time. Changes are posted on the site; continued use constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These TOU are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent court of the jurisdiction of Reign of Atlantis’s registered office.
