General Terms of Sale and Use (GTS/GU)

2. Purpose

These GTS/GU govern the sale of the virtual currency “Ruby”, which can be used exclusively to purchase items within the online game “Reign of Atlantis”.

3. Price and Payment

The price of each Ruby is displayed in euros on the website. Payment is accepted only by credit card (Visa/MasterCard). The amount is charged immediately after transaction validation.

4. Delivery of the Currency

Upon payment confirmation, Rubies are credited instantly to the player’s account. No physical delivery time applies.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

In accordance with Article L221‑28 of the French Consumer Code, no right of withdrawal is provided for consumed virtual currencies. No refunds are issued, except in cases of technical error attributable to Reign of Atlantis (e.g., transaction not credited, server bug).

In such cases, the player must report the issue in writing to support@reignofatlantis.com within 48 hours. Reign of Atlantis will then either credit an equivalent amount or refund the concerned sum.

6. Liability

Reign of Atlantis is liable for technical malfunctions affecting the delivery of Rubies (offline servers, credit errors). Liability is excluded for any indirect loss or damage resulting from game use, improper handling of the account, or unauthorized third‑party actions.

7. Security and Account Access

The user is solely responsible for keeping login credentials confidential. Any unauthorized use of the account falls under the user’s responsibility. Reign of Atlantis reserves the right to suspend or close an account in case of proven fraud.

8. Personal Data

Collected data (name, email address, payment information) are processed in compliance with the GDPR and the privacy policy available on the site. Data are retained for the period necessary to manage transactions and meet legal obligations.

9. Intellectual Property

All game content (graphics, sounds, text, code) is the exclusive property of Reign of Atlantis. Any reproduction, distribution, or modification without authorization is strictly prohibited.

10. Modification of the GTS/GU

Reign of Atlantis reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These GTS/GU are governed by French law. Any dispute concerning their interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the competent judicial court having jurisdiction over Reign of Atlantis’s registered office.
